If you want to soak up some culture, then a villa near Valletta is ideal so you are nearby to this wonderful city that is perfect for a days exploring. Beach lovers may prefer to be near the seaside resorts like Mellieha and Sliema and country lovers who are looking for a bit of peace and quiet will be more interested in a more remote spot tucked away in the beautiful countryside. One of the great things about Malta though, is that nothing is ever too far away meaning day trips to any part of the islands is possible!
